Privacy policy

Last updated November 3, 2026. This policy explains what Follow-Up Office ("we") collects, where it's kept, who sees it and when it's deleted.

What we collect

• From the review form: your name, company and work email.
• Files you send: screenshots, exports or lists of your open estimates, whether you upload them on the site or reply to our email. These can include your customers' names, the jobs you quoted, prices and dates.
• Technical details: the page you sent the form from and the time. Like any website, the services that run this site see your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

• To do your free estimate review and email you about it.
• If you sign up, to follow up on your open estimates under your company's name, using wording you approve.
• We don't contact your customers during the free review.
• We never sell your information or your customers' information, and we don't use it for anything other than your estimates.

Where it's kept and who sees it

• Form details go to a private Google Sheet, and uploaded files go to a private Google Drive folder. Neither is shared publicly.
• Only our team sees what you send.
• We use service providers to run this: Google (storage and email), Cloudflare (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting) and, if you book a call, Calendly. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.
• The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
• This site doesn't use ad tracking pixels or analytics tools.

How long we keep it

If you don't sign up, we delete your estimate files and form details within 90 days of your request. If you sign up, we keep them while we're working on your estimates and delete them within 90 days after you cancel. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices

• Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@followupoffice.com.
• Tell us to stop following up on any estimate, at any time.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
